Please get in touch with us first, as we need to initiate any returns. If you simply return to sender, they will end up at the manufacturing facility, and not our offices.
- If, for instance, your order of fake Coach purses arrives damaged by the shipping process, contact us immediately. We will then ask that you return the items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
